"This is a little free pack of 5 Future House Construction Kits. It includes the Live 9 Master Template, 36 wav loops and 14 midi files. All melodic elements are key labelled. All files, apart from the Live 9 Project are compatible with all major DAWs. There is also an article focused on dissecting the midi patterns behind these tracks."

(Note: the uplifter is not included in the pack) There is no catch, but you still have to go through all the checkout stuff.
