SPC Plugins has released Mac VST and Audio Unit (32-/64-bit) versions of Gater and updated the Windows VST (32-bit) to v1.3.

New features are:

• Improved gate smoothing.
• Presets.

Gater is a simple 16th-note (semi-quaver) gate sequencer or 'trance' gate. It features an easy to use GUI with a handy randomize feature to invent new gate patterns. Two click-free gate shapes are available. The Gater uses very little CPU power or screen space and is compatible with VST 2.4

All versions are free.
